Our Availability

​Visits are by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins.

Urologists are surgeons who spend most of our time in hospital performing procedures and surgeries. We are not readily available to respond to urgent patient queries. If you are experiencing a potential emergency, go to the closest emergency department.
If you require urgent attention for matters such as urinary tract infections and we are not immediately reachable,
you should try your family physician or a walk-in clinic. In some cases, pharmacists can provide antibiotics without a prescription. 

We get a very high volume of phone calls and voice mails. If you do not reach us immediately, please leave your name and a call back number ​and expect 2 business days for a return call.
