​Dr. Allard completed an undergraduate degree at Queen's University, medical school at the University of Toronto, and Urology residency at McMaster University. Following residency, he completed a Urologic Oncology Fellowship at Harvard University (Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital) and the Clinical Effectiveness Program at the Harvard School of Public Health before returning to his hometown of Burlington, Ontario.

​Dr. Sowery completed an undergraduate degree, Masters of Immunology, medical school, and Urology residency at Queen's University. He subsequently completed a Urologic Oncology Fellowship at the University of British Columbia. He has been practicing in Burlington, Ontario since 2007 and is former President of the Medical Staff Association at Joseph Brant Hospital.

Laura Robbs

Laura Robbs has been a registered nurse for over 35 years. Laura completed a Master of Nursing degree and has achieved both Enterostomal Therapy Nursing and Nurse Continence Advisor certification. For more than 20 years, Laura has specialized in Urology, having worked as an Enterostomal Therapy Nurse in the community with patients who have a urostomy/ileal conduit after bladder cancer surgery, and as a Nurse Continence Advisor helping patients with bladder or bowel issues. She has also worked extensively counselling men with prostate cancer and helping to manage treatment-related side effects.  ​
